Curated by the MAC's Hugh Mulholland and Belfast School of Art’s Dougal McKenzie, this exhibition, dedicated to the practice of painting, is not only a celebration of the MAC's 10th anniversary but also of the painting talent that has emerged from Belfast School of Art over the past 10 years.

Blue Smoke is an exhibition inspired by the early music of iconic country singer, Dolly Parton. Taking Parton’s music as its starting point, the exhibition showcases the work of four contemporary artists who explore the idea of landscape and home within their work, although often in unexpected or unconventional ways.
